Our Custom Process: Simple and Transparent
Contact us to choose from our showcased designs, customize one to reflect your style, or bring your own idea to life — we’ll guide you through every step until your vision becomes reality.
The design is refined collaboratively until it meets your vision, culminating in a detailed visual preview of your future piece.
Your order is considered placed once the design is approved and full payment has been received.
A 50% deposit begins your custom order. For Calgary pickup, the remaining balance is due at collection.
For New York clients and those in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, the balance is due after you approve your 3D design and before production begins.
New York orders are crafted and fulfilled by our manufacturing partner in New York. We offer complimentary standard delivery. Delivery arrangements and estimated timelines are confirmed before you place your order.
Your piece is usually completed within 10–14 days. Please note that during peak demand crafting may take up to 28 days.
We hand-deliver your finished piece whenever possible, or ship it carefully packaged with full tracking — always with free delivery across Canada and the USA. Our support continues after your ring arrives. Contact us for polishing, refinishing, or resizing where the design allows. We’ll guide you through the options and arrange the next steps.

Diamonds over half a carat come with a grading certificate that accompanies the piece.
Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to support you if something isn’t right. Please note, however, that as every piece is custom-made to order, once your design is approved and production has begun, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned.
Every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping to guarantee its condition. If, despite our care, your jewelry arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
All Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST. International shipments may incur customs duties or import taxes, which remain the responsibility of the customer. For further details, please contact us.

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with full tracking. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier, and we are not liable for transit delays or loss. However, if your jewelry arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the jewelry purchased. We are not liable for issues arising from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
