Your order is considered placed once the design is approved and full payment has been received.

To create your custom jewelry without delay, we kindly ask for full payment when placing your order. This allows us to reserve materials and guarantee your piece is created within the promised timeframe.

Your piece is usually completed within 10–14 days. Please note that during peak demand crafting may take up to 28 days.

We hand-deliver your finished piece whenever possible, or ship it carefully packaged with full tracking — always with free delivery across Canada and the USA.

Every order is thoroughly inspected before shipping to guarantee its condition. If, despite our care, your jewelry arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
