Design & quote
We create the ring concept and provide an estimated quote range for your consideration.
DEPOSIT & BEGIN
Once the ring concept and quote are approved, the project begins with a 50% deposit.
PREVIEW & CONFIRM
Preview your ring in 3D. A wax/resin try-on model can be mailed to you or tried on by appointment with our New York partner. After final design approval, the remaining 50% is due before production begins.
CRAFT & DELIVER
Your ring is crafted by our manufacturing partner in New York. We share photos of the finished piece, then arrange complimentary standard delivery or pickup by appointment. All arrangements are made directly through us.
ONGOING CARE
Our support continues after your ring arrives. Contact us directly for polishing, refinishing, or resizing where the design allows. We’ll guide you through the options and arrange the next steps.
