DESCRIBE YOUR IDEA

Tell us your idea for the design, or use one of our existing designs and add your unique touch to it if you want. 

Design & quote

We develop your design concept, share a 3D preview, and provide an estimated price range.

DEPOSIT & BEGIN

Once you approve the design preview and quote, a 50% deposit confirms your order. Production begins after your final design approval and receipt of the deposit.

TRY ON & CONFIRM

A wax/resin try-on model is available on request. We can mail it to you or arrange a try-on appointment with our New York partner.

CRAFT & DELIVER

Your jewelry is crafted by our manufacturing partner in New York. Once your piece is ready, we’ll share photos and request the remaining 50%. After payment is received, we’ll arrange complimentary standard delivery or pickup by appointment.

ONGOING CARE

Your jewelry includes a 12-month workmanship warranty and one complimentary basic cleaning each year for three years, by appointment in Calgary. Contact us to arrange aftercare.
