By placing an order, you agree to our Terms of Service.

Payments

50% deposit, with the remaining balance payable according to the agreed collection or shipping arrangements.

Pricing and Taxes

Website prices are displayed in the selected currency. The currency and applicable taxes for your order will be clearly shown on your quote, invoice or at checkout.

International orders (outside Canada and the United States) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping and Delivery

Production times vary depending on the design and materials selected. Most orders are completed within 10–14 days, though during peak periods production may take up to 21 days. Once completed, orders are shipped via trusted carriers with full tracking. Shipping across Canada and the United States is included in the listed price. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary by location.

Cancellation and Returns

Every piece is custom-made to order. Once your design is approved and production has begun, we do not accept cancellations or change-of-mind returns.

Warranty & Aftercare

Our Warranty & Aftercare policy explains the workmanship warranty, complimentary cleaning and service arrangements that apply to your order.

The cancellation and return restrictions in these Terms do not limit this warranty or your rights under applicable consumer law.

Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and delivery purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to complete your transaction (e.g., shipping or payment providers).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Delivery issues

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with tracking. If your shipment is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly. We will help investigate the issue with the carrier and explain the next steps.

Liability Limitations

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the jewelry purchased. We are not liable for issues arising from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.
