Payments

To create your custom jewelry without delay, we kindly ask for full payment when placing your order. This allows us to reserve materials and guarantee your piece is created within the promised timeframe

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout based on the customer’s shipping address and in accordance with provincial and federal tax regulations.

International orders (outside Canada and the United States) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, and local taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping and Delivery

Production times vary depending on the design and materials selected. Most orders are completed within 10–14 days, though during peak periods production may take up to 28 days. Once completed, orders are shipped via trusted carriers with full tracking. Shipping across Canada and the United States is included in the listed price. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference and may vary by location.

Cancellation and Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we’re here to support you if something isn’t right. Please note, however, that as every piece is custom-made to order, once your design is approved and production has begun, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy. Personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for order fulfillment, communication, and delivery purposes. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except as required to complete your transaction (e.g., shipping or payment providers).

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada.

Liability Transfer

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped with full tracking. Once your package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier, and we are not liable for transit delays or loss.

However, if your jewelry arrives defective or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Liability Limitations

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the jewelry purchased. We are not liable for issues arising from misuse, neglect, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized repairs.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, and content on this website are the intellectual property of Anna Popovych Jewelry. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

While we strive to ensure all product details, descriptions, and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, omissions, or typographical errors at any time without prior notice.
