Please note that because each item is custom-made to order, once your design is approved and production has begun, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

Every piece is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive an item with any craftsmanship issues or defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll review it promptly to make things right.
